From Trinidad & Tobago to Brazil, to the United States and Canada, Stamicarbon has a major heritage in the Americas, not just in urea but also in caprolactam, melamine and EPDM rubber. Recently (end 2008), Venezuela, with its plentiful natural gas supply, awarded Stamicarbon three urea synthesis and granulation plants.
