The design and fabrication of the high pressure synthesis can
make or break a urea plant. Replacing this equipment can be
even more critical, given design constraints and the
time-sensitive nature of projects. Our Equipment Supply
services combine our design and engineering competences with
in-depth knowledge of the fabrication process - all of which
results in an extremely efficient delivery of high quality
reactors, heat exchangers, piping and valves. Flawless
project execution - with a single point of contact - is
guaranteed through our own specialized project management
team, coupled with close co-operation with our carefully
selected equipment fabrication partners.
This includes our relationship with Sandvik, and their

Relining HP equipment
Operating urea equipment over many years leads to a thinning of the alloy protection. Stamicarbon offers maintenance protocols to reline and extend the life span of the urea reactor.
