Stamicarbon will deliver the PDP ("Process Design Package") and all Proprietary HP equipment and Piping. The HP equipment will be manufactured by SBN. The HP equipment and Piping will be alloyed with Safurex enabling zero Oxygen. The plant will be built by Wuhuan Engineering Corporation of China as subcontractor of China Chemical Engineering Second Construction Group. Wuhuan has been chosen by the customer as the designated EPC contractor. Start up is planned in 2013.

 

Over the last 15 years Stamicarbon has licensed in the PRC a total of 15 grass root and revamp plants with capacities up to 3520 mtpd. The future, however, remains very bright for business in the Peoples' Republic of China, as the growth trend in the fertilizer sector is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.
