All our revamp projects start with a rigorous onsite plant assesment to determine current performance of the plant. Our advice can lead to increased plant capacity, reduction of consumption figures and emissions ; increased plant reliability and improved product quality. Most of the times the advice will encompass a combination of the above. Revamping is a very useful tool as it willhelp the owners take full advantage of the plant's design margins and boost urea production while minimizing investment in additional resources and infrastructure. Our revamp projects have proven to reduce total fixed and operating costs per ton of urea - hence improving the profit margins.

Because the availability of feedstocks and utilities varies from site to site, Stamicarbon offers different revamp concepts to meet your individual requirements.
