The Urea Training Simulator contains all main equipment, instrumentation, controls, logics, and advanced control found in a Stamicarbon urea plant based on Urea2000plus™ technology with pool condenser or pool reactor.
All process models are fully real-time dynamic and cover the complete operating window, allowing practicing of startup, handling of (ab)normal operations and shutdown of the plant.The operator controls the simulated plant by means of Process Studio^® DCS emulating process interface, comprising graphics, faceplates, alarm and trend displays similar to a real DCS.
