To operate a plant at sustainable and consistently high plant load, Stamicarbon has the expertise to provide advises regarding the process and equipment conditions in order to maintain high loads on the long term. Stamicarbon has the know-how and experience to check the feasibility to further improve the plant performance, production and energy consumption, taking into account critical conditions of process equipment. This is normally part of a Plant performance assessment.

Special attention is paid to the performance of the high pressure NH₃ ejector, the HP stripper performance to reach maximum plant capacity and special operational facilities for start up and shut down.
