Purchasing Manager Indirects
In this role you provide leadership and guidance to the personnel in the Purchasing Indirects team in terms of processes and procedures, stakeholder management, category strategies, negotiation and systems set up. Also you ensure that the Purchasing needs are addressed in an efficient and transparent way while ensuring the respect of relevant procedures.

Process Control Engineer Advance
As process control engineer you apply process control knowledge and deliver services during the design, construction and commissioning of new urea, syngas and/or nitric acid plants. The Advance Business Line’s mission is to provide service activities to our customer plants with the goal of optimizing plant performance, extending the lifetime of plants and equipment, upgrading existing plants with the highest safety standards and to supply services and products to comply with today’s strict environmental regulations.

As a management assistant you will be part of a team of assistants who work closely together in a challenging and dynamic, international environment. Public Relations Officer
In this dynamic work field, the Marketing Department is responsible for generating product demand and creating sales opportunities, through analyses, different types of communication and events serving our customer needs and enforce Stamicarbon’s market leadership. Within the Marketing Department there is a vacancy for a Communication /Public Relations Officer. The marketing team consists of 8 persons, each with his or hers own specialism, expertise and background.
Modelling Engineer
In this role you design, develop and manage new and to update existing thermodynamic and equipment models and make these available in 3rd party and in-house developed software tools for flow-sheeting and design.

Licensing Manager
In this role you are responsible for the development of our market, sales and licensing success in Southeast Asia and Oceania. Commercialization of the licensed technology and know-how developed by Stamicarbon as well as active pursuit of new industrial projects will be your focus. These projects tend to be large, with long, relationship-based sales cycles and an emphasis on reliable technology and trustworthy commercial interaction. Your market requires that you ‘be there’ for primary customer interaction, development and negotiation. Stamicarbon has a decades’ long presence in this region, ensuring you are always competitive in your licensing efforts, and our home office supports with full, skilled technical and support teams.

Software Developer (Full-Stack)
You will be working in an enthusiastic department of around 10 – 12 colleagues. Each product is developed / maintained by a dedicated product team, following a SCRUM methodology. Due to the size of the product teams each developer has a lot of responsibility for the entire development cycle (requirements, design, development, testing & deployment). The product teams share a specialist that manages the cloud and DevOps infrastructure for the product teams, and a product owner.
You will be part of the product team that develops and maintains our proprietary software for Process Monitors. This relatively young Industrial IoT software solution is applicable to many different types of process technology, for a wide range of purposes, also by process technology licensors other than Stamicarbon. Next to the other developers there is 1 Front-End Developer in the team.

Software Developer (Technical)
You will be working in an enthusiastic department of around 10 – 12 colleagues. Each product is developed / maintained by a dedicated product team, following a SCRUM methodology. Due to the size of the product teams each developer has a lot of responsibility for the entire development cycle (requirements, design, development, testing & deployment). The product teams share a specialist that manages the cloud and DevOps infrastructure for the product
teams, and a product owner.
You will be part of the product team that develops and maintains our proprietary software for Operator Training Simulators (OTS). Some modules of this software are used by the (Digital) Projects department as an IDE for developing OTS applications, other modules are used by our customers’ end users to actually run these OTS applications.
Technical Software Engineer
You will ensure that Stamicarbon’s technical & scientific computing (TSC) software and tools are up-to-date, fit-for-purpose and fully functional. Beside that you have to implement new and updated models in our flow sheeting, process simulation and design tools in order to accelerate the new process designs to its next stage.

Project Control Coordinator
As a Project Control Coordinator you lead the project control team and coordinate the overall project control activities of any size/complexity, in full compliance with the contractual requirements following Company standard methodology, the Company’s quality requirements and CFO instructions.
The AFC (Administration, Finance & Control) Department is organized within the Stamicarbon organization, the Licensing and IP center for the Maire Tecnimont Group. The position holder works in an international environment, highly demanding and challenging, and has to liaise strongly either with the Company’s CFO either with the Parent Company AFC Department, to make sure accurate financial information can be timely provided correct and in given standards. The role also implies frequent interactions with other administrative staff and across Stamicarbon Departments and with the head office (MT).

Process Engineer Advance
To comply with the field of activities, the (senior) process engineer will conduct plant optimization studies, prepare process designs for equipment and be actively involved in the operational supervision of the operation of the chemical installations worldwide to optimize plant operations. In addition, the (senior) process engineer supports the commercial process by drawing up technical proposal packages and technical appendices to commercial proposals. Besides to these activities, the (senior) process engineer is expected to be actively involved in the innovation process to develop new products in the field of the activities mentioned.

Process Engineer Urea Evolve
In this role you perform studies and prepare Process Design Packages (PDPs) and related services for existing urea plants or adjacent technologies or for the revamping or debottlenecking of existing plants. You support the commercial licensing process by preparing technical proposals and you participate in the commissioning of revamped plants. Therefore, you work closely with our colleagues of the Licensing Sales & Services Department and with several members of multidisciplinary teams in different phased projects. You also generate new technology, optimize and improve work practices and existing designs with regard to the different production processes.
To guarantee the quality and integrity of the process designs and to improve the efficiency of our engineering process, you ensure that adequate tools (e.g. design manuals/guidelines and software tools) are available. Furthermore, you review the work of engineering contractors during the design and construction phase.
As a seasoned and well-experienced Process Engineer you have a significant role in supporting, educating and coaching our (junior) Process Engineers.

The Proposal Manager Digital Products and Services (PMDPS) for LAUNCH will focus on these tools to complement the sale and license of our new plant technologies, working in support of and cooperation with LAUNCH Licensing Managers. From our new Stami Green Ammonia to Stami Nitric Acid to our cornerstone Urea products and services, we have developed and continue to improve digital tools such as mirrored, high fidelity training simulators, and algorithmic optimizing process monitoring with the capability to vastly improve the performance of a plant and its operational staff. Our suite of digital services is developed to help fertilizer plants reach operational excellence by harnessing the power of real-time data.

Proposal Manager Advance
In this role you are the key team player to manage proposal processes and prepare compliant, professionally produced Internal Mandates for the commercial responsible. Therefore, you align with the Technology and Marketing Department on preparation of pertaining technical proposals and prioritization of prospects. As linking pin, you inform, activate and stimulate all relevant stakeholders for giving their input to the proposal delivery process and create an overview of prospects. You also give support to the Sales account manager in negotiation and communication processes with external parties.

Design & Manufacturing Specialist
The Design & Manufacturing Specialist is the specialist in delivering technical support with respect to materials selection of pressure bearing parts for the construction of high pressure urea equipment. And has the knowledge of design codes for manufacturing pressure vessels such as ASME, DIN, AD-2000, EN and in-depth understanding of welding technology.
