Technology Design & Innovation Manager (HyDep – NextChem Codogno/Milano Italy)

The Technology Design & Innovation function, led by the CTO, is responsible for ensuring the development of innovative cells, electrolytic stacks and any other relevant technologies in the green hydrogen domain, from the concept to the certification of the performance prior to their industrialization. In addition, it is responsible for performing diagnosis and incremental innovation activities throughout the product lifecycle. Finally, the same Function is also responsible for identifying and qualifying innovative solutions and materials to be used in the novel generation of electrolyzers developed by HyDep. It involves a permanent role in Codogno/ Milano Italy.

Senior Inspector (NextChem Milan Italy)

Within the Post Order Department, the Inspector is responsible to ensure, in agreement with the Expediting & Inspection Category Manager and in coordination with the Post Order Manager and through interaction with suppliers, the monitoring of material supplies from the perspective of technical compliance and progress, in accordance with the quality requirements and timelines required by the projects, highlighting any deviations and non-conformities, reporting or intervening in accordance with company and project objectives. The new resource will be based in Milan Italy.

As our next Digital Sales & Solutions Manager you oversee the Advance business line digital sales efforts where you align them with broader business objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership and expertise in digital technologies to optimize customer engagement and maximize digital revenues.
You built up, manage and extend a network of customers and give input to extern the network of external companies and suppliers with which Stamicarbon can cooperate and exchange digital products and services knowledge and information, in line with the strategic goals for the sales area as defined in the sales plan and sales budget.
And you manage the services and solutions in order to achieve Customer Services Level objectives as agreed in Sales Plans and departmental goals.
