To promote safe and uninterrupted operations of your plant, Stamicarbon offers equipment relining and repair as part of its Full Life Cycle Support services. In case of an emergency, our Agile Response Team is on call 24/7 to get you back to production. One of our experienced engineers will assess your emergency and form an emergency team to arrive at the plant site as soon as it can be arranged.

A member of the Agile Response Team will be available 24/7 to answer calls, gather information, evaluate the severity of the situation and—in the case of a confirmed emergency (i.e., any event that prevents the safe operation of the plant or has caused the plant to shut down e.g., leaking liner plates, leaking or raptured heat exchanger tubes, leaking heat exchanger tube plugs), coordinate immediate steps to ensure Stamicarbon can have a team on-site within 72 hours (pending visa limitations). Support will be provided remotely for incidents not requiring Stamicarbon to be at the plant site.

As part of the process, you will receive an Order Confirmation Form (OCF) with details of the immediate steps the Agile Response Team will take to support the client. Signing the OCF enables the team to start investigating the emergency, traveling to the plant site (if necessary), determining the root cause, and proposing optimal solutions in consultation with you.
