At Stamicarbon I mainly do two things, one is collecting custom­er feedback and insights which I then translate into actions or improvements. The other thing I do is Strategic Marketing, which consists of researching and writing marketing plans, or business plans.
I enjoy working at Stamicarbon because there's a culture of equality and sharing. This environment means that everyone has the same chance to express his or her opinions, thoughts and ideas and those thoughts and ideas are taken seriously.
What is interesting and exciting about Stamicarbon is the fact that we are developing things every day as we are going forward; we are not staying in the same position. We are encouraged to be part of a team who are discovering the future together and we're optimistically looking forward.
